I would definitely recommend it.Really Good So Far with Some Minor Drawbacks Overall, I enjoyed the book and I’m looking forward to the next one. The whole gang situation with the Jackal is interesting too and I suspect that there’s more to the story than we know. I’m intrigued to see how things will develop. The power of the Jackal impacts him though. We learn more about how psychotic he really is as the book develops. I’m intrigued to see how things will develop between them, especially with Avery’s change of heart. I didn’t mind Harley as much and I believe that he does actually like her. They, alongside Avery, make life hell for her most of the time. After the development at the end, I’m looking forward to seeing how things change.Īsh, Harley and Blaise are complete dicks.

She makes life hell for Lips but always fails in making her leave. I’m looking forward to learning more about her as the series progresses.Īvery was a good character and I love dher character development. Her connection to the gangs and the Jackal are kept quite vague most of the way through.
